Tamar Granor, well known for her VFP-related books and Microsoft MVP status, will be in town Dec. 13 to explain SQL. You'll want to come to this event as there are no better teachers than Ms. Granor. She is a professor at the University of PA and a lecturer at VFP conferences here and abroad. She'll be drawing from material in chapter 8 of her new book, "Taming Visual FoxPro's SQL, Real World Solutions". Her talk is of value to anyone who wishes to harness SQL. After the meeting, we'll adjorn to Berghoff's. Think of it as
- plates of stroganoff and pitchers of beer at long tables with lots of holiday good feeling,
- a way to give some recognition and appreciation to Tamar, our travelling expert,
- and a bit fiddler's escape from cubicle incarceration.
Tamar is a leading VFP and SQL expert. Let's show a warm windy city welcome!
See you then. 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday December 13, '05 at the Monodnock Building, Suite 826, 53 W. Jackson Blvd. in Chicago's Loop.
